Peptidci

Peptitler (Grekçe: πεπτίδια; “ıvır zıvır sindirilebilirler”) teşhismlanmış bir düzende, α-amino asitlerin birbirine ilgilanmasıyla oluşan gücük polimerlerdir.[1] Bir amino asit lakırtııntısı ile ötekisi arasındaki bağ bir “amit bağ” veya peptit bağı olarak bilinir.[1]

Tetrapeptit (Oligopeptit)
Proteinler polipeptit molekülleridir (veya çok adetda polipeptit zir birimi çitndırır). Temel başkalık peptitlerin gücük, polipeptitlerin/proteinlerin ise uzun olmasıdır.[1]

Protein sentezi esnasında her amino asit, başka amino asite temelli, kırılmayan bir polimer olan polipeptid zincirleriyle ilgilanır. Polipeptid kuruluşsına berklan amino asitlerin her biri kuruluşya peptid ilgilarıyla ilgilanır. Peptid bağının oluşumu esnasında amino asitlerden birinin amino grubu ile diğerinin karboksil grubu, aradan bir deniz çıkması sonucu birleşirler.[1]

Vasati bir polipeptit zinciri 450 amino asitten oluşur.[1] Aşina en uzun polipeptit, yaklaşık 27,000 amino asitten oluşan, kas dokusunda bulunan “titin”dir. Polipeptid zincirine berklan amino asitlere lakırtııntı (residue) adı verilir.[1] Zincirin bir ucundaki lakırtııntı, bağ yapmamış, azade amino grubu çitndırır ve N ucu olarak adlandırılır. Aynı şekilde zincirin başka ucundaki azade α-karboksil grubu olan lakırtııntıya C ucu adı verilir.
